General Guidelines

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

Refund timelines depend on the service provider (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.) and may take 7–21 business days to reflect in your account.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Situations

In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline strikes, etc.), refund eligibility will be subject to the supplier’s policy. In some cases, credit vouchers may be issued instead of refunds.

Important Notes

All refunds are processed after deducting applicable convenience fees, service charges, and payment gateway fees.
